STARSE ICD

Description

STARSE ICD (inflow control device) is an advanced water control device which is always combined with sand screen to achieve reasonable horizontal flow distribution by adjusting the number of nozzles. This ICD device plays an essential role in preventing early water/gas breakthrough, delaying bottom/edge water coning, so as to improve the recovery efficiency and extend the well  life.

Features

1. Set with tungalloy chokes and treated with special hardening process, the ICD nozzles prevent fluid corrosion/erosion and  secure the service life;
2. Three-stage drawdown generation and  advisable nozzle diameter ensure effective pressure drawdown and prevent plugging of the flow path;
3. Based on the  actual reservoir data and screen features, ICD nozzle numbers can  be optimally designed by using completion auxiliary simulation software;
4. Simple onsite adjustment and easy RIH as stand-alone screen running.
