STARSE Obtained API 19AC Certificate
According to the official news of API (American Petroleum Institute), STARSE has passed the authentication of 19AC on June 26, 2018, and becomes the world's fifth and China’s first manufacturer to obtain this certificate.
API 19AC International Standard was newly issued in 2017, which provides requirements and guidelines for completion accessories for use in the petroleum and natural gas industries. It covers the pressure-containing, nonpressure-containing, load-bearing, disconnect/reconnect, tubing-movement, and opening-a-port functionalities of completion accessories, and provides requirements for the functional specification and technical specifications, including design, design verification and validation, materials, documentation and data control, quality requirements, redress, repair, shipment, and storage.
Till now, STARSE had obtained seven API certificates, including API 5CT, 11D1(V0, only two in China), 14A, 14L, 19AC, Q1, ISO (9001, 14001,18001), covering most completion tools in the whole well completion strings.
