On Jan.3,2018, the development well XJ23-1-A07H1 with integrated water control and recovery enhancement technology is completed by STARSE group in Xijiang Oilfield.
The ICD water control tools, reservoir stimulation and water control optimization design and the onsite well completion service are all provided by STARSE group. STARSE group reservoir engineers analyzed the well horizontal section inhomogeneous formation, well track and the water avoidance height. Then the optimization water control solution was worked out based the reservoir stimulation.
This solution was obtained the general consent from the Xijiang Oilfield project expert group and it had been put into application. So far there are 24 wells applied for this integrated water control and recovery enhancement technology in Xijiang Oilfield. Due to this technology widespread application, Xijiang oilfield have accomplished a significant output on recovery enhancement.
