On Jan. 12,2018, CNOOC Research Institute expert group come to STARSE group Beijing office for the annual assessment on research subject “Horizontal Well Oil Production Enhancement and Water Control Technology”.
This subject is undertaken by STARSE group and belongs to the 13thFive-Year National Major Special Project regarding offshore heavy oil field efficient development (Phase III). This subject is the fifth National Major Special Project undertaken by STARSE group after the other subjects of the 11thFive-Year and 12th National Major Special Project.
When STARSE group project team finished the reporting on the work of 2017, the research accomplishment and work result have been fully recognized by the export group. They are expected to be accelerated on research and put into application for the contribution on oilfield production enhancement and water control.
